Mini Rose Cupcake

Well they're supposed to be mini roses, but they came out more like little rosettes...well it was my first try, that's the only excuse I've got
Before now I just piped some cream/icing on top of my cupcakes, but now I'm trying to be a little more creative. I've seen other people do this so I know it's not the most highly original idea. The roses are made of buttercream icing; this particular cupcake I thought came out prettiest of the batch so I chose it for the photo I made two sponge flavours, one chocolate and one vanilla, this one is vanilla.

These are for my lovely friend's party on Sunday night so I can't eat them though
